Validation

  1. When Update is clicked, the form will validate all data keyed in and notify the user of any problems.
  2. Problems with data are identified with a red circle. Place your mouse over the red circle to read what is wrong with the data. Upon correction, click Update again. If the data is correct, the form will close and user is returned to the main grid.
