Carton Data

1. Once the main item data has been keyed, quotation details must be completed. Click the Plus sign on the very left hand side of the quotation data row to begin.
   
   
2. For each quotation type, a group of supplementary data grids display. Each grid should be filled completely, beginning with Carton Data.
   
   
3. Carton Data. Click New to create a new row. Key the carton information:
   a. Carton Name. This can be just a simple number, or any other desired name for a carton
   b. Carton Length. Key the length of the carton in inches.
   c. Carton Height. Key the height of the carton in inches.
   d. Carton Width. Key the width of the carton in inches.
   e. Carton Cube. This value is calculated automatically and does not need to be keyed.
   f. Carton Weight. Key the weight of the carton in pounds.
   g. Carton UPC. Key the carton UPC
   
   
4. Controls
   a. Click update to save the row, or cancel to discard the changes.
   b. To add another carton, click any of the “New” links in the grid.
   c. To delete or edit an existing row, click the respective links.
